SUSANNE SOUMELIDIS, MANAGING PARTNER

Susanne Soumelidis is an accomplished marketing professional with over 30 years of experience in digital transformation and marketing strategy. Her professional journey began at Microsoft, where she pioneered digital marketing initiatives.  From 2010 to 2017, she served as Marketing Lead for Microsoft Austria, driving the positioning of Microsoft solutions and transforming marketing approaches.

From 2018 to 2024, Susanne has been Marketing Lead at Nagarro, a global digital transformation consultancy. In this role, she was responsible for marketing and PR strategies, supporting digital transformation and global marketing automation. She is known for her expertise in modern marketing techniques, emphasizing the importance of customer relationship management and data-driven approaches.

Susanne has been a lecturer in Journalism & Media Management at FHWien der WKW since October 2016, teaching Advertising Management. Her professional philosophy centers on embracing technological evolution and creating meaningful marketing strategies that bridge technology and human connection.

DAMIANOS SOUMELIDIS, MANAGING PARTNER

Damianos Soumelidis has more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry, including a total of 20 years of operational experience in the Digital Services, Software Engineering, Merger & Acquisitions, and Organizational Transformation sector.

Damianos is co-founder of the Cloud Consulting company Hexa Business Services which has been acquired in 2014 by Nagarro and he became subsequently a member of Nagarro’s global management team. Damianos became a member of the Allgeier executive management, supporting Allgeier’s Expansion Strategy, Acquisitions & Mergers, especially in the area of technology.

Prior to that, Damianos served as Managing Director at S&T Austria and Country Operations Officer at EDS Austria. He furthermore has held several management positions at Compaq Computer, Vienna Insurance Group, and Bull Computer.

Damianos Soumelidis, who graduated from Technical University Graz, holds an MSc in Technical Mathematics & Computer Sciences.
